PRACTICAL STEPS

Question: “Deuce. Ok I get that, thank you. Now then -on a totally practical level, to put this into play so to speak, what do I actually do tomorrow then?

Tomorrow you wake up and notice the one thing you were going to do because you thought it would get you somewhere — and you ask: is this coming from A→B→C or C→B→A?

That's it.

You don't add anything. You don't meditate. You don't start a routine. You just notice the direction. And the more you notice it, the more you see it. The more you see it, the less you default to that old operating system. Not because you're disciplining yourself away from it. Just because you can see it now. And you can't unsee it.

And then the most incredible thing happens.

You start getting ideas, actions, and thoughts that feel completely different. They don't feel like striving. They don't feel like effort toward something. They feel whole. Complete. Already arrived. Because they're not coming from the old OS. They're coming from your truest life — from completion itself.

And you'll recognize them when they show up. They feel different from everything the old system ever produced.

You don't have to do anything to make this happen. You don't have to quit your job. It's not a discipline. It's not a practice.

Once you stop running the old OS — and seeing it is what stops it — the real one comes online automatically. Because it was always the ground. What you were running before was a surface-level app that never had the capacity to get you where you actually belong.

The real operating system was underneath it the entire time, waiting for nothing except for you to stop covering it up.
